I absolutely love LM! These are my NATURAL get up and go MEDS....especially if you're used to taking pills to "get up and go". I don't but to each their own. You can take three in the morning and get up and go. Or 1 in the morning 1 in the afternoon 1 at night. I love them thanks brain. Now I'm not saying the lion's mane cause this but nerves that were damaged from polyneuropathy are regenerating. Take it with a grain of salt but I love these mushrooms

With the cordyceps, I am able to drink a lot less coffee and sometimes none at all. I’ve use this both as a preworkout and to focus for my studies as a PhD. Great product for an awesome price!

Coming back up to add - SMART TIP - mix it thoroughly with just a few ounces of water, and swig it down quickly (um....like a shot)...*then* drink a glass of water.

This isn't something you're ingesting for it's yumminess - you're ingesting it to give your body the exact formula of compounds/vitamins/minerals it needs while you're fasting. It keeps muscles from cramping, it satiates the appetite, and does everything it claims. I'm very impressed.

Just started taking my product so can't rate it yet. However the shipping was very fast. Received my order before estimated date. So definitely pleased with that part.

I've only been taking the KSM-66 for a few weeks, but I've noticed a much more consistent sleep pattern after months of very inconsistent sleep. I also seem to be much more relaxed when faced with daily stressors. Very happy with the product so far and I'll be reordering.

This lemon balm extract helps me get calm and enjoy mental relaxation. When I find myself wide awake at night it has put me back to sleep without a hangover in the morning. Great stuff. Always make sure to get the one that's a 5% extract. And of course, this product is 5% extract. So much better than just the regular once

This is a great product that boosted my ability to focus and concentrate on studying for a major test. Usually i would be easily distracted and lose attention easily. Other products that I have used in the past didn't give me a true sense of concentration. This is a great product and one that I would recommend.
