We offer a full refund of the product price minus the true shipping cost both ways
(true shipping cost is the actual cost, not the $2.99, thats a subsidized price)

EXAMPLE: If you're order is $56 and the true shipping cost was $4.68 each way, you would get $46.64 back.

Unauthorized returns, or returns sent back without an RMA number will NOT BE REFUNDED!


🚚 SHIPPING FEES
Shipping is always the customers responsibility both ways.

Shipping is non-refundable, and return label shipping will also be deducted from the return (rough average $3-$7 for 2lbs or less).

If free shipping was provided to the customer, the original cost will be deducted along with return shipping cost when processing the return.

We can offer USPS® return labels at discounted rates to customers which is often the easiest and most cost effective way to handle a return.

📦SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription orders will not be eligible for a refund if the customer is canceling before completing two orders, and if more than one bottle of each product is open.

Subscription orders should only be placed once a customer has decided they want ongoing delivery of any item or items they like and want to continue regular use of, and not as a one time trial of a product.
